Just because it's asian themed doesn't mean it has to be anime, johnneh. I only know that because I read the submission rules.  I thought about entering, but I already have too much on my plate as it is too.

No, the point isn't so much to draw anime style it really is just to make the images. I feel like a goof for not putting it on the rules page but even photographs will work as long as you can make them fit the themes.
It's all about your individual artstyle.

Just updating and letting everyone here know that this is the last week of the contest.
Now don't go thinking it's the end already.
You still have 7 days to read some Kamishibai, do the necessary image work and submit it. You can do that in one day if you're truly inspired.

Just letting everyone know that tomorrow (August 7th, Sunday) is the last day submit your entries. So if you were preparing an entry or anything, it might be good to submit it soon.
