Arabicdes is having problems with her account. I'm posting because she can't access the forums. Arab can't access any of the skins, news, or forums. The site gives a message that says that whatever Arab is looking at is unable to be found or is missing from the AU database. Is there anything you can do to help??

My problem is still the same chaz. the weird thing is that when I'm not signed in I can browes the site without any problems, but when I sign in I start having the problem again.

sorry guys, made a mistake..
I wrote the other reply and this one using my account.
actually I found away to reply in the forums without facing problem.
1. first I logout my account.
2.then I open the forums snd go to the thread I want to reply and write the reply without pressing the Submit button.
3.after that I open another browser window and sign in with my account.
4. finally I go back to the forums window and press the Submit button.
But this is really killing me, 'cause I can't comment on any artwork.
please, any suggested solution? crazy ones are very welcomed

it is a cookie/cache issue, i am almost positive of it. i am willing to help you solve it though

I deleted all coocies and temp file, I even used another pc. but the same problem exists. I'm pretty sure it's in my account.

similar, almost exact, thing happened with mooreno's account and i went through all these same steps viro... finally had to just make him a new account "nomooreart" if you figure out what this is let me know cause i was just as baffeled with his account as i am with hers...

I'm still not able to submit artwork to the site. I've been trying for about week now. All I get is a white screen after clicking the submit button or an error message. Someone please help me. I've put in a bug report also.

when these things happen take a screen shot for me so i can see exactly what you guys are talking about, i can't seem to replicate them

yearg... i deleted the screen shots from nomooreart... but if you'd like i could have him send them to me again.
he was also having problems cause his resolution was set so small that the site featured were covering each other...

How do you print screen and after printing it where do you find the file it created?

use the print screen button on your keyboard... then past it in an imiage editor and or Paint.
