Information collected during signup will be displayed in the user's profile.
The hide email setting will allow a user's email to be hidden from email spiders
and other forms of email collection scripts. ArtUproar.com is not
responsible for a user's email address being added to a spam list. We will
not sell your information such as name, email etc. to a third party.
ArtUproar.com does not allow the deletion of entire accounts.
ArtUproar.com does allow a user to remove or change any added information they
have added to the site themselves such as skins, and personal information.
UPLOAD SKINS/WALLPAPERS
By uploading to ArtUproar.com you are granting it rights to distribute the
file uploaded. You are solely responsible for the files you upload to
ArtUproar.com. You may not upload artwork that is copyright to someone
other than yourself. You may not upload artwork that has images included
in it that are copyright someone else. You may not upload files that will
harm another user's computer. You may not upload explicit images. We
retain the right to judge each images for ourselves. Actions listed, along
with any other actions that an administrator of ArtUproar.com deems
inappropriate will grant ArtUproar.com the right to take the appropriate
action to resolve the issue. Appropriate action may include deleting the
skin, an email alerting you of the offence, and or legal action if it greatly
effects ArtUproar.com.
CODE OF CONDUCT
ArtUproar.com will not allow harassment, or threats of any kind to go on.
If it is brought to our attention that a user is being harassed or threatened on
the lotsofskins.com site the offending user will be banned. We retain the
right to judge what is harassment or a threat.

ArtUproar.com is not responsible for the uploaded files on its servers.
We recommend that you virus scan each and every file you download to make sure
it is safe for your computer. We will not be held responsible for any
damage to your computer by the files held on our servers. ArtUproar.com's
terms of service are subject to change without notice.
