The head could have a different color I think but the movement effect in it is wonderfull..>

Whoops forgotten to say which one. The problem now is the face has the same color as the rest of the wall. You could make the color different so the face gets more important and your eyes will be focused on it more. It would go for letting the lines be seen more and have the face in a different color. For example the orange you use in the logo near the text.
