Artist's Comment:
This is just a little fanart of the unfortunately-named Uranus (the woman) and Xion (the guy flying backwards) from Bloody Roar Primal Fury on the Gamecube.
A couple of notes:
They both had slight costume makeovers because I did the actual inking of the sketch a while ago, using the actual game as reference, and Uranus' chest kinda got in the way of her costume, and I think I must have drawn Xion in his second costume and CGed him in his first...
Also, if Xion's pose looks familiar to you, it's because it's very similar to the one in 'How To Draw Manga: Illustrating Battles', page 13. He wouldn't stay in the right pose long enough for me to press pause : so I had to use that as a basis and then go from memory.
The car in the background sucks :| But then again, it's the first one I've ever CGed...

cool piece...2 things...#1you owe no one an explaination for anything...#2 would like to see you do your own characters...in other words..take Uranus and make her different...to your specs instead of whoever drew her to begin with...the overall presentation is smooth and defined....good work
