The portrait is very nice the contrast of white on dark is not too much, which is easy to overdo. I would consider changing a few things... one major spot that needs attention is the hair. It has to be considered as one shape first. The highlights are too unorganized, it looks as if the light has no sorce.
Also the right (viewing position) bottom of her chin has one black line following the chin line, not sure if that does anything for the picture.
