kinda reminds me of a part in Final Fantasy VII... Sephiroth is incased in ice, his Jenova tentacles stretching into the pools of the lifestream.

Very dark and blue...I like the blue. Although the matrix don't got me I got it... Emotion Icon Very beautiful work.
