I would rate this nice photograph with 100, if the depth of field was almost inexistent, as the background distracts from the main subject, the girl.

I know next to nothing about phototgraphy, but I have to agree with Greytata. The girl is the vocus of the piece & having other people , especially in the background dressed as they are really saps the atmosphere & makes what could have been a great Scarlet picture in to something that was taken in a modern park. maybe if you mask off the people in the background?
I would blame the rip artists for the lack of votes, comments and ratings.
