some people don't like the mirror effect... but i do! even though this would be an astounding photo alone, the effect always gives an image (especial trees with spindle-like branches) an added intricacy that facinates the eye the same way fractals do...

I have to agree with MC...the mirror effect is fine. If you want you could put a few ripples etc in the reflected surface & make it into a calm lake.. It does do something freaky to my eyes though...maybe its just me, but my eyes are pulled from top to bottom & vice-versa...constantly...good job.
I would blame the rip artists for the lack of votes, comments and ratings.
