Great anime style eye....needs character though....maybe you could experiment with adding the other eye and creating expressions? Also adding a little colour or tone to the surrounding areas...might help build the expressions & character.
I would blame the rip artists for the lack of votes, comments and ratings.

hey ok-
i did this all in paint and later on i touched it up w/ a scanner. i have experimented a few times w/ skintones but it hasn't really worked out all that well. i did, however make another eye to go w/ it and a mouth too. but the mouth is my main trouble spot.
