The idea is nice and it's a real anime kind of drawing. I like the graffiti idea you brought into it. For imporvement I advice taking away the sketch lines and maybe doing something about the upper legs. They seem a little too tick. The arms look a little too long but that can be my thought. Anyway just work futher on it, it's a nice idea!.

there is a line in the movie 'Peggy Sue Got Married' that pretty much sums it all up... "What is the point in being young if you can't dress wierd?"
most kids have a certain dress-code they follow, whether its rocker, hip-hop or goth etc... and each thinks that their code is the coolest. so i wouldn't worry about such things ... cause they all look ridiculous! :D but thats the point, its fun to be a bit wierd, and the easiest way to show it is by dressing wierd. i mean, i still wear nothing but black most of the time and thats somewhat weird
but anyway, the pic is fine, and its a civilized way to make fun of someone else

I pretty much agree with stev, I think the biggest problem is you made it look too scratchy. Try and sharpen it up more (Unless that is the look your going for, and get ride of that terrible background.
