Artist's Comment:
~ I just had to make a Hoverdesk theme when I saw the fantastic WB skin by Hippy and MikeB314. Permission included in file.

~ You can't see it in the picture but the top buttons open the menu groups and the four small middle ones open the plugins.

~ There are images included to use the HVD taskbar or you can use the WB start/taskbar.

~ Wallpaper is lucky1 by h00ligun and can be found here.

[part2] one of my fav artists M.Shirow did a peice for intron depot 2. and i was looking for a DROW picture , and take a guess what i found there on devi.. a BITCH ripped the image off and recolored it , then when i called her on it she gave me greif . saying that she did nothing wrong . so i reported her ass to Shirow's publisher. NUFF SAID
