This has improved. The facial features look more realistic and the shading has improved. One thing you can do is use grids as your guide. Draw grids on the picture or ona plastic sheet cover and put the picture in that, that way you can use it over again and you won't have to mess up the origional picture. Then, lightly draw the grid on the paper that you're drawing on (you can make the squares bigger if you want to zoom in) and draw on that. Other than that, this is great! I like the gloss on the lips. |

I have to say...the hair looks really good....very healthy & shiny...& the shading is getting better. I agree with Cherryblossom. If I was doing something as complicated as a portrait, that is the way I would do it. Its a good learning tool. Practice, practice,practice....lol...oh , one more thing...did you get bored with it again? I mean, everytime you reach the clothing...its almost as if you have had enough & you do just enough to cover the character?....I think you could go very far with your work....don't worry about doing it all in one sitting...you would end up on painkillers..lol.
I would blame the rip artists for the lack of votes, comments and ratings. |
