That's what I call a little handbag. Nice drawn, the lady looks pretty. The only thing I would change are the three fingers. Makes it look unrealistic although I would understand If you prefer it that way. Good work!.

I like the detail you've put into this..
It's in a more realistic place than your toon style (not that ones better than the other)
If you did mean three fingers like stev said then i'd think them out of place in a sketch like this
But it looks more to me like the rest are just hidden from view

Good job but the left eye on paper seems to be bulging out. That is the only thing that needs to be fixed.
