nice work  but maybe you could have put more "movement" in the butterfly so it would looks more like fusioned with the face ;p Anyway that's only my opinion this is an excellent job

Beautifull aspects on the butterfly and great match found with the face. Perfect combo. Onyl the water could be left away I think. For the rest great creation. One of your better ones!

I think the water works very well with this piece and the concept is really good.
I think the butterfly looks a little flat though...maybe a little more tone would fill it out and make it seem to have a liittle more (motion)? What would have worked well, also would be to soften the face a little...I find PSP is great for that sort of thing. It would then match the feel given by the inclusion of the butterfly, although it may take from the point that I think is being made here.
The face is the harsh reality of life, the butterfly is the way the person looks at life( their personality/attitude-kindness). And the water is life itself(in a way).
You will notice that the characters head is above water, possibly due to the fact of the way she see's things?

I took a look again , and I loved it. Some things I did take into consideration even though you may not have meant them in this way : She is beautiful with milky white skin ( possibly an old soul and smooth like china -( purity or loss of joy in one's life-no color ), and looking thru the wings of a blue butterfly. Butterflies represent transformation/transition...and is a prominent creature of the element AIR ( Air= mentality, clarity, movement, freedom, breath of life, apart of all elements....) The figure within the butterfly might represent her and a time of flight or freeing oneself from old outmoded thoughts, or ways/emotions.
Blue is the color of : emotion/tranquility. Emotion plays a big part in transformation and it seems as though she is on the brink of a change of some sort. The water is a wonderful element in the picture. I am glad you added it. Water represents deep emotions and the journey within oneself to free the old and bring in the new.
I think this piece is spectacular and wonderfully balanced....even if you didn't think of these things- you were probably inspired ( inspire= root word " inspiration " ... :-)

One last thing....
I personally wouldn't change a thing - I think everything is as it should be, nothing more should be done to it...it's not a wallpaper, it's a piece of art...and to me it's a piece that represents change and healing. :-)

I think this is an awsome looking piece. Very nicely done. The one thing I don't care for with this piece is the off center. I would have centered it. Still very good work.
