Part of this skin is so clean and then there are parts that need some work IMO. This could be a classic skin with a little work. The titlebar on the windos is my favorite part. It's really simple and clean. The taskbar is great too, except I think the start button could be better. The tabs and buttons should be smooth and not beveled to better match the them IMO. Fix those things and you will have a winner on your hands.

nice. I would change those dropdown buttons, scrollbars, and tabs though. Something flat would fit in better IMO. Still, a great skin . I really like the titlebars
