this is an excellent shot. i really like this but cannot think of anything more intelligent to say, it's gorgeous.
my camera is a low-end machine as well, but alot of times i actually like the way it blurs edges slightly. the pictures i've shot are actually less potent when sharpened.
anyway this is very cool, it sends out a definite mood. the colors are cold and beautiful in the foreground, more earthy in the background...and the sparkles of water off to the lower right top it off...beautiful.
