My only notice about this picture that "turns me off" -so to speak of course- is that whether this be a really dark day time, or an absurd night time. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the moon should be behind those clouds. Well if it is, the moon is awful bright. Looks a bit like the moon is using spotlights instead of reflecting sunlight. But no matter, the terrain, the water, the clouds, and yea, even the light behind the clouds all come together to make a really good foreboding, or uncomfortable look to it. But just as the sky leans towards the tops of the mountains in the background the blue seems to provide this slight "comfort" to the whole picture, but still is dark enough and looking "far away" enough to still keep that "darkened" look to the whole picture. Excellent job, let's see more!
