That frozen effect is absolutely brilliant. I would be very grateful if you have any tips you could give me on it, as I have attempted that effect with Frozen Sunrise. I can see one tip is to keep the gradient from land to water very low. And that blue tone just excentuates the cold feel. Excellent stuff.
I would blame the rip artists for the lack of votes, comments and ratings.

The water effects you brought into it are amazing. The rocks could use a little more work to make them look realistic. They are a little too smooth. You've done a great job on the sun effect.
