Well...this picture looks a lot better than the other one that I had commented on. Not to say it's any less in any other ways, just the looks of this one seem to be a bit more realistic-like. Still with an unrealistic but sensible look to it though. Makes the network of "stuff" underneath the skin look more "possible". Eh, I hope you understand what I mean. I'd like to see more!

I'm not into the dark manips...yet, but this one is very interesting. Disturbing, but still interesting. Conjures up alot of strange images in my head as to how that person got into that condition. If that is what imagery is supposed to do, then you've done an excellent job.
On a technical note, I love your use of dark colors to portray this mood. The blood and scars look as if the are about to coagulate because you used that shade and tint as opposed to a bright red or something. Nicely done.

This one I love, this may be simple like the other one but it was done right, very dark, I love the scars and detail on this one. VERY good job.
