This reminds me of some of the work of one of my favorite artists, Satoshi Urushihara, so it is definitely good in my book. I like how you transposed your figure on the top of other stuff to make it all blend together.

i can tell you worked really hard on this but i wish the figure looked like it actually belonged into the environment. to me it looks too separate. thats must my opinion anyway
