ok, this is a nice drawing, I like the pose and happiness on this creature's face. BUT, you didnt finish or polish this drawing at all. How on earth can it deserve 5 stars? or 4 stars for that matter? you didnt shade it, didnt color it, didnt draw any background.
I think once you finish this drawing it will turn out very good, but until then you cant get more than 2 stars. sorry

OK, just IGNORE calmius, he's just a photographer with no idea obviously...
Now, coming from a cartoonist I can honestly say you don't always need colour or shading to make a great picture. The subject matter is really what the focus should be on, and not whether it has a background.

I wouldn't know how to color this. since it's a perky happy pose, i'd use perky happy colors, but that's just me. I like it.
