Its the Walt Disney Concert Hall designed by my favorite rouge architect, Frank O. Gehry (this guy has actually been shot at while building structures; his work is so "out-there")
but, anyway...
this is a fantastic photograph; what abstract photography is all about! great work caesar
(btw, i live only a couple miles from here. the MOCA is a wonderful museum.
