Yes, i named him.

These are surprisingly easy to make. And so much fun, too! I want to make more and more and more!

There is no download because I do not wish for people to use them on their sites (though I doubt I can actually stop anyone), since this was made for my chat room, which is still being scripted by yours trully. PHP isn't that hard actually. Not that I could do a lot of stuff with it as I'm still just learning.

if you'd like to upload em to aim, then just ask for the zip.

WTF is this crap? I have no use for smilies, but if you upload it to the "Smilies" category people EXPECT that you upload the smilies, not just a screenshot of them!
