Pretty good picture here. The stone orientation of the entire picture definitely lends itself towards your "description" of the whole piece. The only thing that I really don't "like" about the piece is that the wall in the background doesn't look like it flows very well with the other walls that are ascending, or descending to meet to it. Looks like it was just kind of plastered on there. But no matter, it's not really that critical I suppose. The blending of the stone wall and the faces to which they are attached, looks really well. It doesn't have a cut and paste onto affect so that is a definite plus. Good job though, really good job. Definitely a good piece to look at again. More!
