Very nice! Though I have to say that it doesn't look as realistic as a real under-water scene would, especially with a shark. But it's really nice for a computer generation. 
Some things are meant to be left unsaid for our eyes speak for us when our mouths are dry of words.

i like this a great deal. it came out nice and i am sure this took some work. the shark being the central capture needs to have some work done on its lighting and shading to make it fit into this a little better.
but i do have to say that this is great and you should definitely do some more like it.
