Huhm... It's a nice picure I think. Partly because it is just a good picutre because of the focus on the tree and how the rest of the trees in the background blend nicely. Secondly because it makes me think of something that you'd see in a movie. Like the tree represents some sort of "problem" that is constant throughout the whole movie and somehow when/if it's resolved in the end the last scene would be with the tree. Ah, it's kind of confusing. Anyway I guess to say it quickly it just kind of gets to me "personally" which is a good thing. Perhaps you should try and manipulate it in some way and make an "industrial" styled picture out of it or something. A good picture overall though, nothing really critical to say about it! i like this a great deal. its just such an interesting tree...its a good shot and its also full of potential for someone like me who is always looking for photos to manip (i won't without your permission though) but i do like this, great central focus and you seem to have captured the most interesting part of the tree itself.
