From the visual standpoint I think it's a cool azz abstract design! Has that black chrome fluidic feel to it. Nice mixture of light, shadow, and mid tones.
On the technical side, I think it's in the wrong category because as dorsm365 said, it is a bit too busy to really be a wallpaper. But I guess that's just a matter of taste.
