very nice job! I really like this alot. My only problem is that it seems as if the body is floating above the floor instead of laying on it. And the shadow on the room and the person seem to be opposing each other. It seems to me that the right side of her body shouldn't be so dark towards her legs and feet because there is not much shadow on the floor or wall at that end. The neon of the blood takes away from the realistic look of the picture, I don't know if you were going for realism though. Maybe put a fill over the walls and the floor, so that they also have the computerized look, whereas now they appear to be a photo. I also think the highlight on the breasts is a little too bright since that end of the room is mostly in shadow, and there doesn't seem to be a strong light direction from any where that would cast that highlight.
Sorry to criticize so much, it's those damn art classes at school!! Anyways, I really like the picture a lot! It was an awesome idea! Hope to see more from you soon.

To be quite frank with you. This piece kinda Blows. I mean, the walls are pixelated, the blood doesn't fit with the shadows (and is also pixelated), the body was obviously prerendered then photoshop, or paintshop pro was used to outline and move the body to this photograph.
You have a lot of work to do.
