Nice photograph...
Looks like an overlay, and some effects added to the bubbles (foam), and the lighting around the bottom of the glass shows that it is a photograph.
If it was a 3D render, the creator of the render would forget about that part of the picture, and
leave it out, or have the lighting settings incorrect.
Good Try, nonetheless.
