I love the piping and how the skin is peeling open. I think the text is awesome too. This picture has perfect quality too. With every fiber of his strand in the correct pixelization! Love it!

hmm i had commented on the first submission of this, and since i forgot what i said then, i'll just come up with something new. 
this is an incredibly good design. i like the little details on the dude's face, makes it more interesting, and kinda gives the impression that he's the thing that was unleashed...that may or may not make sense...but eh, its an excellent job none the less. love it!
