Artist's Comment:
I was about to smash my head into my desk from frustration with my Senior Project, so I decided to pick at something else for awhile. Went through my old sketchbook and found this lineart, remembering that at one point in time I'd wanted to scan it and CG. So, I did.

This is Roanna Tsuyomi, my first ever character and who I play on my Ronin Warrior spin-off message board. In her first battle she was thrown head-first through a tree, causing the helmet to break. This is an illustration of that. ^_^;;; I rather like the hair highlights, but not sure if I like anything else really... Just something I did for the hell of it.

this is so cool! i am always so impressed with your coloring skills, so very very good. the pose is great and i think that you did a wonderful job on the hair highlights!
