After browsing my older skins, I see that you commented on another, called Silverling. Some of the symbols are the same, as I like them very much and they're part of my overall graphical style... I also used some similar techniques. That may be where you've seen parts of it before...

Yes, I just uploaded it last night. Actually, when I was designing it, I uploaded some previews and got opinions on devART... That could be where you saw it.
