Okay now you should stop worrying about the comment's and rates you don't get but pay attention to the ones you do get. like some people told you before:
Resize your images so people can view it better when looking at it full size.
try to make them not to blurry, unless you really meant it to be blurry like this one.
update your profile so people can comment and support you by clicking on your name.
don't upload to much pictures a t once (the only thing you get with that is other people irritated)
and DON'T rate your own work. this way you only get people irritated again an they will stop commenting.
do comment on other peoples works and profiles so they get to know you in a different way as "that guy who is nagging that he is not getting enough comments".
try to pay attention to the advise you get here and your work will get better and will get more comments and rates (if that’s really something you care so much about)
this picture looks nice by the way (if it wasn’t so big in full view) maybe a little bit sharper colours.

as i said over and over again, i cant find a program used to resize the immage, so please

you can resize your picture in any simple program like paint. you can olso get yourself a programm like Photoshop.
I think that if you have a computer with windows that you have paint on it.

If you are logged in you can go to the left top of this page (Member options) there you choose for (your settings) and than chose for (profile options) on the top middle of the page. I think you can figure the rest out.. if not feel free to ask again
