Frank, the giant bunny rabbit from the film Donnie Darko. Frank warns Donnie of the end of the world and tells him to do terrible things throughout the movie in cryptic messages... This scene is from when Donnie is looking into a mirror but his reflection is Frank. Donnie touches the mirror and Frank pounds the mirror back at him.
