This is my current desktop setup, and likely the one I'll keep for a while. The only thing I really ever change is the LiteStep thing, and that's only when my programs conflict with it. All the credits are in the screenshot, so thanks to those guys.

Hmm, I must say this is pretty bareable for a blue/white Setup, though the WindowBlinds skin stands out really bad.
