This is infra-red taken with a nikon CP8700 (digital) and an IR filter. Post processing was to adjust levels a tich, resize, frame and sign.

I love the contrast of this piece, it is everywhere; in the flow, the texture, the light, the colour. I love the contrast of the dark water and the light trees, it is very unusual and makes the picture as a whole much more mysterious, while also making it lighter. This is very odd, but works so well. The shadows on the "beach" are a nice touch. The way the tree frames the shot while dragging the eye across, against the flow of the water, really sums this piece up perfectly. I love it, well done.
