Nicely worked. The use of colours and light source is exemplary.
Execution and use of Painter is great however i feel there needs to be more detail in say the facial area to give the work a focal point and depth of field.

Yes, it's very nice. But traditional denotes that it was painted with oils, acrylics, or some other medium which is computer related.
