-Finished March 25th 2005-
This actually is my first 'commision' I did (don't get paid or anything XD )
For the ones that haven't seen the WIP's: It's for some friends of my mom. Kim is their dog (... like: duh XD ) and they asked me to draw her ..so I did XD
I do like the way this turned out. The only thing I don't like is the eye XD I changed it a bit... but it still bugs me XD
I didn't make the hair on the neck to detailed cause I just wanted the 'attention' to go to the head and the hair on the neck just simply isn't as dark as the hair on the head
Used a 2B, 4B and a 6B pencil to do this. Took about .. dunno.. 5-6 hours?
anyway.. hope you guys like it and (a bit more important ) that the friends of my mom like it ^^"

Okay, technically if you don't get paid for a piece then it's considered a request, not a commission (we don't want to confuse anyone), but since you got ten euro for the work then it officially became a commission by default. That being said, WOW! This is an awesome display of pencil work, johnnehrulez! I love the attention to detail captured by your pencil strokes. The lighting, the shading, it's all very realistic looking. You should be very proud of this one! It's impressive.

This is a good one, but I still feel that you could spend a bit more time on the depth realism, then again sometimes its tough to know when to stop.
