that is some great pencil work. Very good job with the lighting and details on the lips. Not a bad model might I add, good job.

Nicely done. Good contrast and nice blending also. I see what you mean about the paper, it does have a lot of tooth. Still well done piece.

First of all Kate Winslet is Hot.
I saw her in 'Holy Smoke' playing an aussie backpacker, I was 15 when it first came out and that movie moved me in places lol (nasty).
Quite a manic movie.

Anyway... in commenting on your work Bob I swear I thought that this was a photo - obviously photo referenced, am I right?
Your technique is great, showing where the lightsource is from right to left of her face and hence giving the shot interest and contrast.
That's hot.

In thumbnail view, I said to myself "What's so great about a facial shot" so then I clicked to get a closer look and I was amazed along with the student sitting next to me. She also thought it was a picture. Great work. Keep them comming!
