Artist's Comment:
View from the tents pitched at Morar, between Arisaig and Mallaig (Scotland). Georgous Silver Sands beaches we visited in April 2005 for my 21st birthday. My friend took his guitar over to the rocks to have a good sing song where no one could hear him. Since the place is so desolate, we heard every word!! You can see him in this picture making his way back over the beach.

I know this beach - though it's many years since I visited. It doesn't seem any different from what it was 20-some years ago! It's a truly wonderful spot - and the sands don't look at all British. You've captured the spirit of the place beautifully ... and the lone figure is a great way to indicate scale. yddraig0 =================================================== I invent nothing. I like the look of the person walking...really completes the photo (imo). Wow...sounds like a cool place too. No one else around...nice and quiet in the outdoors. Sounds like my kinda place! ;P very nice. Thanks for sharing
