I think the skin effect is very well done, but something about the lizard that just doesn't quite work for me. It just looks pasted in. Perhaps it's the color or lack of... maybe just the eye. I can't really put my finger on it.

Great texture work here,georgiaartist4. Especially on the skin work. I think that the problem with the alien slug - like creature coming out of the mouth is that (as Tirzah mentioned) it looks pasted in. The reason it looks like that is because the lips and shape of the mouth were not changed to suit the look of something protruding from the mouth. The lips are generally straight in this piece, when they should be slightly curved with portions of the slug creature overlapping parts of the lips.
I could make a "phallic" reference to illustrate my point more clearly, but since your title is so jarringly close to the song "Me So Horny" I'm guessing that you kind of already know what that reference is.

Of this pic, the skin texture is really cool, but I like the background the best, strange it just appeals to me.
