Artist's Comment:
Pencil/Photoshop with color lighting, contrast and brightness adjustments.

I used the filter for halftone "dot" to creat the dotted red effect. I used about six layers with Gaussian Blur and opacity changes.

Fun way to spend a couple of hours.
