This is a sketch I did in class today, it is of Harry Chapin, a singer from the 70's. I don't know if you guys would know him, but his most famous song was 'Cats in the cradle'.
Since I did this in class today, I did not have any of my pencils, so I had to use the school's dodgy pencils. It's all been done in 2B and 4B pencil, I wish I had a 6B so I could've made it darker.
I think I'll give this to my mum coz she loves Harry Chapin.

Great use of cross hatching, I like the detail on this betina.

Nice one, betina. Nice shading, hatching is a fun technique. I'm curious though, is that a guitar or is he just really happy to see some chick  (I know, that was crass. bad liquidd!)
