I think you're showing too much face to the left of her. It'll look more realistic if you took some of it off 'cause right now her head's a bit too big. Excellent effort overall

I think the hair looks fine, just looks like highlight added, maybe the face is a little rigid and the arms a little thick. But dang, I think this is great.
