Bold and beautifull work here, the lens flair adds to the overall effect, nice.
I fight with making my images less fuzzy also, try the following: adjusting brighness and contrast (slightly darker), use guassian blur (barely fuzz), then use sharpen or sharpen more if it works better. If you repeat this the image will likely fall apart, but this works for me, I use photoshop mostly, good luck.

I'm in agreeance with Tirzah. You have these strong radiating lines in the bg, but a weak blurry unrefined form in the foreground. This piece could be more dynamic if the blurriness were corrected.
