I don't have fairies at the bottom of my garden:

I have succubi.

Lucky me ...

This one sings to me now - a plea, a supplication ...

SUPPLICATION

Tread not warily
my soft one
for flowers may grow
in your footsteps.

Sing not softly
my sweet one
for petals may dance
on your song.

Touch not tamely
my dear one
for perfume may trail
your caress

Be not fearful
my loved one
for blossoms may spring
as you pass

But it's not wise to be unafraid.

I love the texturing and vibrant colors. The colors bring her to life and the poem just adds to the perfection of the work! Love it!!
