Birdie, don't take this the wrong way because I'm glad you are trying new things in terms of your art, it promotes growth and versatility which are two things all of us artists need. That being said, I don't think you have the "grunge" mentality or style perfected yet. Of course, I don't either so technically I could be wrong  (at least from the artistic point of view).
But, in my personal opinion only, this doesn't say to me grunge, but instead collage. On a positive note though, I DO like it. It's a different look for your work. Are those images renders?
