i guess that a lot of it is Bryce, but it looks like a terragen sky, bryce water feature, could be an crane object file, with a layered fire and frame done in PS, (Oh! ..... I was wrong!).

Looks to me like it's all bryce... that sky would not be hard to make in bryce.
However the frame looks like photoshop.
Other then the pixalation it looks pretty good.. i think you really should have let that thing rendor more.
Also the water near the crane doesn't look good at all... should have been clearer unless you were going for the "eeeew who would swim in that goop?" look.
The sun is absolutely beautiful! i do hope though that it's not just a commet about to crash on the crane lol
