Like i said on your other upload (the one with the lava) it looks like you hurried up the rendering time...
The clouds are waaay over pixelated. Everything else here looks pretty good to me. I Really like the color you've made the sky, looks kinda like a northen lights effect. really cool!
If you don't think your rendering time is the problem let me know and i'll be more then happy to try and think of what else may be causing that (if you don't already know what it is).

I agree with Jebby about the pixelation. Terragen can be difficult to work with and a little smoothness would help this work a lot. Your color choices, however, are beautiful and you've really captured the "beauty after the storm" look.
